My Sister Pam
Thank you cousin for setting this up. What a fitting picture. I remember the day 35 or 40 years ago when she was told she had to have a portion of her lung removed, that she had cancer. And I remember the fight was on. She fought alright. Dozens of surgeries, dozens of hospitals, dozens of doctors, and dozens of trial drugs. She just wanted to see her girls graduated high school. Then she just wanted to see their marriages. Then she just wanted to see a grandchild. She won every battle with grace. My sister Pam was a class act and I miss her. I was lucky to have her as a big sister. She protected her siblings, too many stories to leave here. She is still with us today as promised in all her glory. I can't wait til the day we meet again and walk the shoreline of a praire lake. Dave
