Josh graduated from the US Naval Academy in 2015 and was commissioned as an Ensign, initially starting his Navy career as a Naval Flight Officer before transferring to the Cyber Fleet community.
Josh had the utmost zest and passion for life. The “energizer bunny “, always moving, always wanting to make things fun, not just for himself but for others. He was the kindest person you would ever meet, demonstrating this in deeds, not just words. Josh was promoted to Lieutenant (O-3) one month before his passing.
Josh was tragically taken from us on June 21, 2019, in a skydiving plane crash in Hawaii. He was one of eleven souls taken on that plane that day.
It was Josh’s dream to have a family beach house.
As Josh’s family, we are so honored to dedicate this house to the one who inspires us to be the best versions of ourselves. We love you so much Josh!
