Anthony loved to work in the restaurant business as a server. He finally had found what he wanted to do in life which was open up restaurants and start-up businesses. He worked very hard to open up Zama with his colleagues and friends. He had such light about him. Anthony loved food and loved his fine dining. Anthony was bougie and like expensive things.
