Jake Mammone was born on the 3rd of July 1993. Mum always said, 'He was the cutest baby among us all,' and, well, she was absolutely right!

He grew up to be even more handsome, resembling Mum with his dark hair and deep brown eyes, perpetually filled with laughter and mischief. Everyone who knew Jake holds onto nothing but wonderful memories of him. His infectious smile and laughter brought warmth and love to all our hearts.

We are all enriched by knowing Jake, forever grateful to have shared in creating memories during his brief 26 years of life. Now, our hearts are shattered to have lost him so soon.

Jake undoubtedly lived life to the fullest and checked off most bucket list dreams without even having a bucket list! From nearly joining the circus as a child to skydiving, countless trips abroad to Bali, snowboarding in Japan, dirt bike riding, driving a Lamborghini, adorning himself with tattoos and becoming an adored Uncle—Jake experienced a lifetime of adventures in his short life.

Jake- We all wish we could have shared many more years together and expressed to you just how profoundly loved you were. You will forever remain in our hearts.
