Hi, this is Alfredo's Granddaughter, Jasmine. I hope whoever finds this takes a look at the photos from his life so you can see just how loving and supporting my grandpa was. He was the hardest working man I will ever know and he made his family his biggest priority. If you knew my grandpa, please go over to the tributes section to add your own stories from when you knew him. You can also add your own photos! I will be adding to the tribute section to tell the stories he has told his family throughout the years so they are not forgotten.
Im so grateful for every story you have shared, every event of mine that you attended, and how much love you continue to have for us. I see so many traits that you had, in myself. Always loving to watch spooky things and having such a strong work ethic. I have been obsessed with wanting to see the mountains and pine trees of Washington because of your stories from when you were there. Im so happy I got to have an amazing grandpa for 22 years, I wish I had more years with you but i'm still so grateful. I know that we will all be together again one day, but for now, I know you will be around and show us signs that you are here with us. I love you forever and ever.
-Your Granddaughter, Jasmine
One of my favorite memories was when I was around 3 years old. You were laying upside down on the couch so you could stretch your back out. My mom and I just came back from the shoe store and I was so excited to show you my new shoes as soon as I got home. I ran inside to show you and I kicked up my leg up and hit you right in the head.... I was so embarrassed I think I ran away crying lol, but it was one of the many funny things I still think about to this day.
you never missed any soccer game and always showed up for me. thank you for everything you did for me since i was a little baby. you’re the best grandpa i could ever ask for and i love you so much. even though you won’t physically be at my games, i know you’ll always be cheering me on from above and wishing me the best. your granddaughter, emma
Throughout the years you have become a father to me and I thank you. I learned many life lessons because of you. The love you gave to your granddaughters is immeasurable. You never missed a volleyball, basketball, or soccer game for my girls. The times we spent together as a family I will always hold close to my heart.
My father took us on amazing road trips throughout the western US to Washington State. Along the way, I could smell the rainstorms approaching, view the most amazing sunsets, and walk along the mountainside. These are the memories that keep me going. He devoted his life to his family and he adored his granddaughters very much. When I look at a mountain ......I see you , when a monarch flutters by .......I feel your presence, when I look at the moon I think about you , when I hear a cardinal sing ......I hear you. You are near me Dad. I love you always. Monique
