Jacob Scott Barnhouse

Jacob Scott Barnhouse of Ironton, MO passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at the age of 22 years and 10 days. He was born November 26, 1999 in Festus, MO, a son of Joel Barnhouse and Amanda Sutton.
Jacob is survived by his father Joel (Jennifer) Barnhouse of Labadie, MO, his mother Amanda (Tabitha) Sutton of Middle Brook, MO, one brother Michael Barnhouse of Labadie, MO, three sisters Courtney (Randall) Jenkins of Desloge, MO, Alexis Barnhouse of Middle Brook, MO, Gracie Barnhouse of Labadie, MO, and many more loving aunts, uncles, family members and friends.
Jacob was an outstanding young man, always smiling, always laughing, always working hard, and always loving those close to him. He had a smile that you could see for miles, a laugh which carried happiness and joy to anyone around him, and a heart as pure as one could be. While in school he was a member of FFA, he enjoyed playing basketball for A.V., being around his loving friends, and learning strong life and work skills from teachers who cared for him. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed his job at U.S. Tool where he worked as a machine operator. Jacob will be missed by all who were blessed to call him son, family member, and friend.
