Gregorio Joseph Salazar

Gregorio Joseph Salazar left us on October 19, 2023 to join his mother Virginia Diaz & Brother Jorge Martinez at the age of 48. He was born on September 1, 1975 in Hanford, CA to Virginia Diaz and Santos Salazar.

Greg was the kind of man who would help whenever he was asked. He valued his family and friends above all. He loved getting together to BBQ and have a few beers. Greg hardly ever met a friend who didn't become family to him. He loved being a grandpa and his granddaughters had him wrapped around their little fingers and he wouldn't have it any other way. He would let them do his hair and make up and then have a tea party with them. He loved his children and would often talk about their accomplishments and how proud he was of them, even though he rarely told them. Until his stroke in August of 2022, he worked as a security guard and provided lawn care services to several, while DJing on the side.

He is survived by his love Mari Ramirez, Son Gregory Salazar & wife Alice, Granddaughters Aubrey, Avery & Adalynn Salazar, Bonus Daughter Sharon Ramirez, brothers Santos, Rufus & Martin Salazar, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Virginia & Santos & his brother Jorge.
