Born on Mar 9, 1954 to Virgil Lee Adkins and Edith Mary Mcdaniel Adkins.
She was married to Willie Welch and together they had a son, Aaron.
She was the life of the party and a joy to be around. "To know her was to love her."
Doris Ann Adkins Welch passed away on May 5, 2003, at the age of 49 and was buried in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Beckley, WV.
