Joseph Allen Mysnyk Sr

Joseph A. Mysnyk, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 23, 2009 at his residence at the age of 45. Born in Erie on March 11, 1963 to Sonja Burnett Mysnyk and the late James E. Mysnyk, Sr. He was a wonderful father and a loving brother, who was admired by many. He was a dedicated New York Jets fan. Joe was a busy man working many jobs, working with abatement and machinery. He was a former employee of Hammermill. He loved to fish, camp and travel. He will be sadly missed by his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father James E. Mysnyk, Sr.; his brother, James E. Mysnyk, Jr. and his grandmother, Buella Burnett He is survived by his mother, Sonja Mysnyk of Erie, his sons: Ricky, Tyler and Joseph, Jr. Mysnyk all of Erie; his daughters: Veronica and Brittany Mysnyk of Erie; his step-daughters: Nicole and Tracy Orsini all of Erie; six grandchildren: Lakia, Javier, Jessilyn, Anthony, Julian and Aria all of Erie; his brothers Jeff Mysnyk and his wife, Patty, John Mysnyk, Jamie Mysnyk and Jason Mysnyk, all of Erie; sister, Angel Haggerty of Erie; sister in law, Jackie Mysnyk; his girlfriend, Ann Peters; his ex wife and friend: Ramona Mysnyk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
