Love is not always meant to last forever and thats okay as the only thing constant in the universe is change.
The past is exhausted from holding all of my grievances, traumas and personal history. The future is bored holding on to all of my expectations and judgments of what should be. Let go of the baggage, I don’t need it where Im going.
Just be thankful, and walk away with grace. Walk away with gratitude. Walk away knowing that you felt something, that you experienced something, a lot of people haven’t, and in that way — you were changed. Love is not meant to be possessed. It is meant to be felt. Be proud of yourself for feeling so deeply, appreciate it for what it was, and let that love go off into the world and change others the way it changed you.
The hardest thing I have to do in life is to let go of the people I may want to hold onto. Appreciate it for what it was, appreciate the lessons it grew within me, appreciate the beauty I was able to feel and appreciate the fact that in those ways , in those memories it will be mine forever,
This is a reminder that Im something special, I can’t be replaced, my heart, my mind, my conversation, my care, it can’t be replicated. By anyone.
