Evelia Ramirez

Evelia Ramirez, age 67, died peacefully at her home in Riverside California on January 27, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Evelia was born on August 15, 1952 in Jalisco, Mexico to Maria Trinidad Mejia and Jose Vasquez Orozco. Evelia was happily married on August 14, 1977 to Nicolas Ramirez. Evelia’s pride and joy was taking care of her 5 children.

Evelia is survived by her husband (Nicolas Ramirez) her 5 children (Wendy Ramirez (Erin), Sandra Nunez (Ernesto), Evelia Ramirez, Nancy Fernandez (Erik) and Daniel Ramirez her grandchildren (Anthony Nunez, Ernie Nunez, Andrew Ramirez, Samantha Nunez, Madalyn Fernandez, Eden Ramirez, Nathanial Nunez, Nicholas Fernandez, Nicolas Ramirez, Aurora Ramirez) great grandchildren (Alyssa Nunez, Aaliyah Nunez and Annabeth Nunez).

Besides spending time with her family and friends, Evelia had a passion for makeup, dancing, talking on the phone, making new friends, cooking (she had THE best cooking!), attending parties and still after years of marriage going on dates with her husband. Evelia had a bright and energetic personality and was known for her ability to sense when people needed her help. She touched many people with her generosity and passion for life.
