Jonah Lear

Jonah was loved by many, and known as a beautiful boy with a kind heart. He always cared for everyone around him and showed up whenever someone needed a helping hand. Jonah was shy but lovable and once you got to know him, he’d show his goofy side that always managed to make someone laugh. Jonah loved to ski, play basketball both physically and on NBA2K, he enjoyed watching movies and listening to music whenever the chance was possible. Jonah came across Point Addis when he got his license and loved it ever since. He went to Point Addis to chill and a place he could visit where he could take a step back from life and admire the beauty of the world. A place for him to breathe but also the place he grew his angel wings on the 28th of November 2022 at the age of 18. This bench is here in memory of him but also allows people to take a moment to themselves and just be. Take a moment to think of Jonah when sitting on this bench, but also remind for yourself.
