Audrey Lynn Lofgren
Audrey is the daughter of LeRoy and Christy Lofgren. She came into this world just as normal as could be, but from that moment on she stumped doctors every minute of her life. Audrey had a form of spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. But that wasn’t the right answer. Even in her death; Harvard doctors cannot determine why she had the issues she had.
Audrey lived to make sure the world knew how good people to be to one another. She spread joy, smiles, amazement and love everywhere she went. She worked hard everyday to be able to do the little things that she was able to do.
She may have never touched her face on her own or use real words, but she got to ride in a plane, hike through the woods, road trip in an RV, put her feet in the gulf, go to school, go fishing and many other things.
She passed away from hypercarbia (carbon dioxide) because her lungs just got wore out from working so hard for 13 years.
