Life story

My mom really loved my dad and my dad still loves her too...

they still love each other, bouncing back and forth over the fine line that separates us after death.

Whether it be in dreams or our thoughts or visits, we know my mom is still here spreading the goodness of her soul, and thats why we take such good care of her resting place.

What a bitter sweet but beautiful tie...

What we want everyone to know when they see this monument is that it belongs to two people who loved life.

They loved their time and they loved their people.

My mom was intelligent, funny, loving, inclusive, a fighter, a defender, a person you could count on, a person who loved her family and friends, a person to be missed dearly...

She found her match in my dad, and my dad is all these things too.

When the time comes that they're both gone, I will be sad. I'll be the saddest I've ever been.

But I'll also be happy to know that they're together again, too.

And you should know, my dad is also funny in a way that sets him apart... he said he's going to come back as a bird and poop on me! And when he does, ill be pissed... but I'll remember its really because he wants me to know he will never truly leave me, either.

I am lucky to be a daughter of two really wonderful people... people who walked the same streets you do now.
