Beautiful Boy
Today we stopped by Baker Lain all the way from Ulysses, Kansas to visit my brother-in-law, Danny. (His headstone is in the photo you posted. He’s under the tree). I couldn’t help but notice Colt’s headstone as we pulled in so I had to check it out. As I stood there crying about a little boy I’ve never met, I noticed this QR. Colt was a beautiful boy. Sending prayers to his family and loved ones today. As a mother to 2 boys, I can’t imagine the loss. Fly high Colt. I’ll remember to pray for your family and tell you hi when we visit again.

We miss you every single day. We love you more than words can say. We are so grateful for the time we had together. You were so much fun!!! Such a sweet boy will a smile that melted our hearts! We love you so much and you loved us so much! I know you're not here physically, but we still feel your presence in our hearts every single day.
Today and every year after we will remember the day you were born – March 22, 2019. Remember, not celebrate. There will be no cake, ice cream, balloons, family, and friends as you would’ve liked. Instead we will travel quietly to the cemetery where we will stand in silence and hope to feel your presence. We will leave as quietly as we arrived, with you on our mind.
You were taken way too soon! Today you would have been 5, but instead you are “Forever Four”. We miss you so much!!!!! We will never stop thinking of you. Every morning and every night you are loved.
