Lucas Ryan Hamilton
Remember to live life to the fullest and not take it to seriously. #LLL
Lucas lived life to the fullest everyday. He was the sweetest and most generous kind soul. He never took anything serious. Lucas, was always joking or goofing off. He had these catch phrases he would always say. "OK buddy. I got this! My hair isn't hairing. Where ever the wind takes me." Those were his responses to anything asked or said. Lucas started playing soccer when he was 3 years old. Man did he love playing soccer. He had so much natural talent. He made his first select team when he was 7. He amazed us every time he stepped on that field. The joy he had really showed in his playing. He was so knowledgeable about the game and a great team player. Coaches knew they could count on him to play any position. But Lucas loved, and really excelled at playing right wing. The finesse he had with the ball. How it seemed like he was floating on that field when he ran. The way he knew how to place the ball just right for the striker or take the shot himself was amazing. Even though he was left handed he played right footed. When Lucas got to high school he decided to give track and field a try. He still played soccer. But he fell in love with another sport. I think soccer and track were the only things he took seriously. He listened and learned so much from his coaches. Outside of sports he liked playing video games, going on adventures, and hanging out with his friends. He had a special tight knit group of friends that he called "The gang" they did everything together. Lucas was a risk taker and had no fear. He loved to drive fast. So much so that he got his license suspended for 6 months. We kept telling him to slow down and he kept saying "I got this" yeah he did till the judge took his licenses. He was able to come up with the most off the wall stuff to say that would have you laughing till you cried. He made a huge and lasting impression on everyone who met him. He only had 18 years on this earth, but he did so many kind things for so many people in those 18 years. He was wise beyond his years. Lucas we will always love you and miss you till we are together again.
