Life story

Juan Carrazco, born on November 12, 1974, and tragically passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 47 due to colon cancer, was a loving father, grandfather, son, and brother. He was the proud father of four children and a devoted grandfather to one. As a son to Josefina and a brother to Eva, Anita, Miguel, and Cesar, Juan was deeply rooted in family and always cherished the connections he had with his loved ones.

Juan had a laid-back and easygoing personality, always the one to unwind and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. He was known for his love of barbecuing, often gathering his family and friends for a delicious cookout while a sports game played in the background. His home was a place where people felt welcome, and he took great joy in bringing everyone together over good food and drinks.

A true sports enthusiast, Juan was an avid fan of all things Los Angeles—his favorite teams were the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Los Angeles Rams. He never missed an opportunity to support his teams, and watching games with his loved ones was one of his favorite pastimes.

When he wasn’t hosting a barbecue or cheering on his teams, Juan enjoyed the quiet moments of life, often relaxing with a cold "cuba" in hand—his drink of choice—and soaking in the company of those closest to him. His relaxed, carefree attitude and love for life will always be remembered by those who knew him.

Juan’s legacy lives on through his children, his grandchild, and the countless memories he made with his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his kind heart, his warmth, and his love for enjoying life to the fullest. We cant forget how much he loved the Rancho, always had ideas and plans on building en el rancho, that was home. He now rests here in Cali and en el rancho as he had last wished.
