Maria H. Morales
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, [1] I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Maria H. Morales was called to heaven after a long illness surrounded by her loving family on March the 14th 2021. She was born to Lucia Ashton Hernandez in Austin Texas April 7, 1942.
She is preceded in death by her brother Pedro (Pete) Hernandez, Frank Hernandez, and her beloved Son Victor H. Morales.
She leaves behind her husband of 53 years Enrique G. Morales, one sister Guadalupe Hernandez, brothers Fernando Sonny Ashton (Christine), and Jesse Hernandez. Her children Jesse H. Morales (Frances), Joe Morales (Mary), Alice Morales, Esperanza Hernandez, David Morales, Anna Morales (RG), Lucy Morales, Terri Morales De Leon (Robert), Mary Jane De Leon (Michael), Diana Morales, and her cherished Jacob Morales (Kristine). She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
