Ruth Ella Owens
Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.
Ruth was born April 8, 1937, in Somerset, Kentucky to the late Grover and Mattie (Hurst) Burton. William Alfred (WA) Owens who she married September15, 1956, in Cincinnati Ohio. They were blessed with a son. Mark William Owens and wife Nancy of Somerset. She was a devoted and loving grandmother to Ian Owens and wife Patricia and Tyler Owens. She took immense pride in her 4 great grandchildren, Alexzander, Elijah ,Ella Mae, and Elsa Gail Owens. Ruth was a woman of the Lord, you would always find her at church on Sunday and Wednesday. All the other days of her life she spent working Weight Watchers, Owens Garden Center, playing in the garden, and above all raising her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
