Football Year 2
Deacon did not want to play football at all sophomore year and wanted to focus on baseball, but me and a few guys thankfully convinced him to play again with us.
Deacon you lit up every room that you entered with that smile of yours. You loved big and you lived big. You weren’t afraid of going after big goals, and I dreamed of the day that I would be there to watch you throw your first pitch on your major league team. Your hand hugs and knuckies were always my favorite, even when you would quickly turn your knuckie into a snail or a turkey on me. I will always love you fiercely and will always be your biggest fan! We had so many plans for places we would visit and I promise to take you with me when I go. My only peace is knowing that one day we will be together again and until that day you are no longer in pain. I will always love you buddy! #lovelikedeacon
