Billy Neil Robbins
Billy Neil Robbins was born on Dec 15, 1955 in Hobart to Bill and Deloise Jean (Garrison) Robbins. He departed this life on October 21, 2024 in Oklahoma City, OK. He lived all of life in Hobart where he attended Hobart Public schools. He married the love of his life, Donna Jayne Morris, on February 28, 1975 in Rocky, Oklahoma and he and his wife continued to live in Hobart. To this union two sons were born, Billy Ron and Chris. Billy was a member of Washington Street Baptist Church.
Billy was never afraid of hard work and during his early adulthood, Billy hauled hay with his Dad each summer.. He also loved stock car racing at Quartz Mountain. Speedway, winning several championships. Billy worked for the City of Hobart for 35 years and with the majority of those years as Hobart Fire Chief. After retirement from the fire department Billy worked at Oklahoma State Reformatory for a short time.
Even though his health forced him to retire Billy still remained active camping, riding his trike, and working in his yard. Billy was a member of the Widows Sons motorcycle club and he was a Mason. Billy was a terrific Husband, Dad, Papa, brother, and friend. He had the hugest heart and gave it in abundance to all those he loved. Billy will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife Donna in 2023, his parents, Bill and Jean Robbins, a brother, Bobby Ray Robbins, and fur babies, Polly and Gabby.
