"Failure to prepare is preparing to fail" *In everything... but most of all... Your Spiritual Walk!
Life story

Born in Atlanta, Tx in 1957 Mike was the only child of Harold and Margaret Moore. He knew Jesus from an early age, but it was in his 30's he realized his life mission was to glorify Him in every aspect of his life... and thats exactly what he did. His bellowing laugh could be heard from long distances and was immediately recognizable by all who knew him. :) Mike absolutely loved spending quality time with all six of his precious grandchildren; they were a priority in his life. He was an avid supporter of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. "Coach Mike" was a mentor to many, both on and off the court, and a lifelong fan of anything LSU. But above all things, Mike was passionate about his love for Jesus and sharing it with others. He was a faithful member and deacon at Mooringsport Baptist Church. Mike found great joy in doing the work of the Lord.
