Devoted husband of Jennifer Duncan and proud father of Jay, Kate, Reese and Ruby. Loving son to John and Diane Duncan. Cherished brother to Charles Duncan, Paul Duncan (Laura) and Lori MacLean (Mathew), brother-in-law to Jesse McGuire (Janessa) and Tyler McGuire (Madeline). Adored grandson to Marion Heasman.

David (Dunc/Captain) will always be remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family, teammates, and friends.

He had a great love for hockey, but above all was his love for his family and helping those in need.
