Mark Anthony Garcia was born Odessa Tx. To Elisa (Banuelos)Ornelas on May/27/1985. He went to school in Odessa. He graduated from Odessa High. He worked as a Journeyman electrician for 15 years. He was a die hard cowboy fan, devoted father, and loving son brother and uncle. He had a good sense of humor and took pride in being a father.
