Brooke Marie Smullen

Brooke Marie Smullen Passed away on Wednesday, December 10th, 2003 in El Sobrante, CA. She celebrated her 18th birthday this last September. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bernadette and Michael Smullen, Sr. of Liverpool, England. Brooke is survived by her mother, Pamela Marie Hand of El Sobrante, CA and her father & step-mother, Michael Anthony Smullen and Silvana Smullen of Pinole, CA; her grandparents, Ralph and Charli Hand of Isleton, CA and her grandmother, Gail Engelstad of El Sobrante, CA. Also by her great grandmother, Anna Hand of San Antonio, TX. She will be dearly missed by her brothers and sisters: Kris & Koen Ung of Woodside, NY, Michael Ronald, Anamaria, & Brendan Anthony Smullen of Pinole, CA; Jacob, Karlee & Mathew Wade of Richmond, CA; and Kimberly Wade of Concord, CA. Her aunts and uncles including Denise Smullen, Lisa Hardcastel, Jason Smullen, Wendy and Paul Craig, Robyne and Jeff Hakes, Paul and Jennifer Hand, her great-uncle, Eugene Caselli and her great-aunt, Celia Darland. She will be in loving memory of numerous cousins and to all of those individuals whose lives she touched… Brooke loved to shop – especially for shoes! She enjoyed hip-hop dance and her favorite movies were “A Bronx Tale” and “Finding Nemo.” Her favorite past-time was spending time with her boyfriend & soul-mate, Thomas Gray; and she liked hanging-out with her friends. Brooke’s ultimate wish was for everyone to “get-along”…
