"Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure".
Esau Stanley, affectionately known as Ace Stanley, was a cherished son, brother, husband, father, and an extraordinary individual. He loved deeply and embodied strength and fierceness, while also possessing a kind heart that always prioritized the protection of his loved ones. Coming from a lineage of pavers, Ace had a profound appreciation for nature and enjoyed activities such as fishing and camping, especially when shared with those he loved. The White Mountains held a special place in his heart as his favorite destination.
Ace had a sweet tooth and was often seen wearing rosary beads, a cherished keepsake from his "momma." His signature style included flannel shirts and his father's shoes, which he loved to wear. A truly unique man, Ace always sought to alleviate the worries of others, consistently looking out for those around him. As a father, he was devoted; his children were his world, and he took immense pride in his oldest son, Ace II, especially when he turned 16 and obtained his driver's license His daughter, Isabella, and youngest child, Vivian, were also central to his life. Ace frequently took Vivian on treasure hunts around the neighborhood in search of little library books and delighted in bringing her to work; the two were inseparable. Ace embraced both Patience and Cornelius as if they were his own, having raised them since childhood. He loved them with all his heart; his children, nieces, and nephews meant everything to him.
Ace will be forever missed and deeply loved by his family and friends. He left an indelible mark on the hearts of everyone he encountered. Now, when I observe nature, I feel his presence within it. There is a measure of comfort in knowing that he is reunited with his daughter, Eleanor J. Stanley, in heaven.
