An angel in the book of life wrote down baby Chelbie’s birth and whispered as she closed the book, ‘Too beautiful for earth’
Chelbie Joan Hahn was born sleeping on March 13, 2015 due to complications with Turner Syndrome. She was the fourth child, second daughter of Cory & Christa.
After being very sick during the first couple months of pregnancy, it was discovered through genetic testing that our sweet baby had a chromosomal defect, Turner Syndrome. She was a fighter but in the end her little heart was just too weak and it stopped beating at almost 23 weeks. While in labor, many ladybugs appeared in the hospital room. As soon as she was delivered, they were all gone. We believe that they were angels waiting to take our precious Chelbie to heaven. You may see us make many references to ladybugs. That has become our symbol for her. We also use a purple butterfly at times. The purple butterfly represents Turner Syndrome. We do not publicly share photos of her due to her birth defects. Those are private to family and close friends only. You can see her hands holding a rosary in photo. There is also a distant photo of us holding her. I created this profile, not to put her on display, but to keep her memory alive and to show how loved she was, is and always will be. 🐞
Chelbie is pronounced Shelby. She is named after my grandma, who passed away at 91. Grandma entered heaven just a year and a half after Chelbie.
We design every page from Chelbie’s 136 photos. Make it yours, then order a copy for everyone who loved Chelbie.
