Riley Danea Phelan

Riley is the loving daughter of Dustin and Trieste Phelan, she is the sister of Austin, Taylor, Brandt and Jestanie Phelan. She was born and raised in Salina and Claremore Oklahoma. If you were to ask anyone who knows Riley personally they wouldnt be able to describe her in just one word, she is one of a kind. she is one of the most sassy, big hearted, caring, loving people they've ever met. If Riley had something on her mind she'd let you know, she stood up for what was right, she's a strong willed beautiful woman. Everyone has a wonderful story with Riley whether if she was being ornery, silly or serious she could make anyone laugh no matter what they were going through. now that she's no longer physically with us her memories will forever be remembered and shared in this beautiful light.
