Born August 25, 1934, Moore, Emery County to Neldon Conrad and Melva Nielsen Olsen. Married Rue Paul Ware, June 15, 1953, Manti L.D.S. Temple. Active member L.D.S. Church. Active in Primary, Relief Society and M.I.A.

Survivors husband, daughters, Mrs. Garth (Lori) Labrum, Cornish, Cache County; Mrs. Larry (Rueanne) Leeflang; Linda, Julie, all of Orangeville; Three grandchildren, mother, brother Royce Orangeville; Mrs. Jim (Barbara) Peacock, Midvale.

Funeral services Tuesday, noon Orangeville LDS Chapel. Friends may call at Fausett Mortuary, Castle Dale Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior at the ward chapel. Burial Orangeville, Cemetery.
