Opal Dillard

Opal was known by many names such as Mom, momma, mamaw, granny, nanny, and sis. She was loved by everyone who meet her. She cared for everyone like they were her family. She was from Oldfort Tn. Daughter of John Henry Dill and Susie Matilda Cox. She had 5 brothers and 5 sisters. She eventually married William Franklin Dillard and had 8 children (William, Johnny, Paul, Susan, Peggy, Gladys, Carolyn, and Ruth). Time passed and she was blessed with 16 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren, and 21 Great Great Grandchildren and counting. Opal's interest consists of cooking, canning, making her famous candy, sewing quilt tops, working puzzles, watching her stories, and most of all watching wrestling.
