William (Bill, Billy, Billiam) Sager Jr was born November 15, 1985 to Bill Sager Sr (Crystal) and the late Darlene Lemmon (Ken). He grew up in Silver Creek, NY both playing and being a fan of sports and music. Especially the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. A football and baseball player, he even took a season as a cheerleader alongside his high school girlfriend Jessica Daniels. A friend to anyone he met, Bill was a beloved person throughout his community. He played in several bands throughout his life. Two Minute Warning was his first band with one of his best friends, Chris Postle. He subsequently played in Until Mourning, Just Short, I Am Fiction, and finally in Venona. He grew up with and remained close friends with Chris as well as Justin Saez, Greg Maze, Sal Rizzo, and Joel Miles throughout his life. He graduated from Silver Creek High School in 2003 and attended college prior to joining the US Air Force where he spent his 21st birthday at basic training. He trained as a crew chief on the KC-135 and shortly after became a crew chief on the C-130 when the 107th had a mission shift. He deployed to Bagram Airfield in June 2010 for 3 months. Upon his return from his deployment, he began dating the love of his life, his fiance, Erika Webster and they were engaged on May 20, 2013. They were planning to be married in late June 2014. Bill had secured a position with the 107th's newest mission as a sensor operator on the MQ9 and had also began pursuing a career as a NY State Trooper. Bill was tragically injured on May 11, 2014 and succame to his injuries on July 31, 2014. He is dearly missed by all who knew him, but never forgotten.
