Justin Alon Booker
Justin Alon Booker was born in Wichita KS on October 27th 1984. He was our first child and was so loved.
He went to Pleasantview Elementary school in Derby, then the middle school and High School all but his last year where he attended Mulvane High School. It was his choice to change schools.
Justin was always involved in sports he loved them all and played baseball, football, basketball and roller hockey. He was a huge fan of just about any Florida team and Alabama. He once wrote in his grade school autobiography that he was born in Tallahassee Florida, which was a shock to, me, his mother. He loved Florida.
Justin spent many summers and holidays in Alabama at the family farm. He and his brothers, Jordan and Josh, spent many hours riding their 4 wheelers through the woods at the farm blazing many trails. They were good times and he continues to love and visit the farm whenever he could.
Justin loved the Lord and was baptized twice, once in the Lutheran Church and then when he was a teenager, his own decision, to be emersed at the Baptist church we were attending. One day shortly before he died, he told me had a recently read the bible twice and was very interested in the Apostle Paul. Unfortunately, I had little knowledge of Paul and was embarrassed to not be able to have a conversation about the apostle Paul. I have since done a lot of reading and studying on Paul.
Justin married Giesele Rathbun in 2011, they have 2 children, Jailee and Jayden. Justin loved his family
Justin graduated from WATC with a certificate in Aircraft Avionics and worked at Textron Aviation. He was a dedicated and well-liked employee and he loved his job where he travelled to several countries.
Justin loved to eat and loved family events where he could load his plate and rub his hands together in anticipation.
Justin was also very appreciative of anything you did for him or gave him.
Justin passed away on the morning of October 3rd, 2022 at his parents house.
Justin was so loved and we miss him every day. I look forward to the day when I can hug him in Heaven.
