Willis Calvin Easley

Willis was born in Union City, TN on March 6, 1944. He was the son of the late Lincoln and Louise (Griffin) Easley and has a younger sister, Karen (Easley) Watts. He married Marna Lee (Wainscott) Easley August 30, 1963. They have two daughters, Jeannine Easley of Louisville, Kentucky and Dawn Easley of Atlanta, Georgia. Willis served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970 as a military aircraft technician and was stationed at Eglin Airforce Base in Florida. He was then employed at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 33 years. After retirement, Willis trained prospective employees for Goodyear through Dyersburg State Community College. Willis was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Union City for over 50 years where he served in various roles such as a deacon, a sound technician, a member of the Men's Brotherhood, a basketball coach, and a children's church director. Willis also served his community as a former member of the Obion County School Board.
