Joey Raymond Brugliera

How do we put Joey's life into words...he was life. He was the energy, the laughter, the love, the goofiness, and the acceptance that everyone felt when he was in their presence. He had a way that drew everyone to him whether the person was 10 or 90. He could connect and no one was a stranger for long if they were around him. He left us too soon, only 38. He loved his family. He wrote the longest cards out of everyone. What I love most about him is that he saw God's love. He dug into his bible and took more notes than anyone at Church. He changed his life dramatically in order to mean the words "Jesus is Lord!" that he said before he was baptized. I was beyond proud of him that day. Thank you Joey for being real, speaking honestly and really trying. You are so loved and you are so missed.
