I am survived by my two children, Felicia and Jeffrey, and five grandchildren that I never got the pleasure of meeting. I hope that if my grandchildren ever see this tribute, they can get to know me through my memories with others. Resting next to me is my mother Lucy Hall.

Every year this day is always the hardest. It's not the day you passed, it's the anniversary of the day after. The day I woke up from dreaming that you were out doing errands and would be back soon... followed by the vivid snap back to reality of what really happened as I woke up staring at the wall feeling more alone than I have ever felt. I hope you're resting well and are happy beyond belief in heaven. I miss you down here. I love you mom.
