Gordy Leo Wagner

Gordon was born on August 22, 1951, the son of Leo Wagner and Irene Kooren. He grew up on a farm near South Heart and attended South Heart Public School. Following graduation, he worked on drilling rigs in the area. He also ran a hot oil truck in Alaska. Later in life he rand heavy equipment and machinery. Gordy farmed and ranched his whole life near South Heart. In 2002 Gordy married Susan Schneider in Dickinson. Together they farmed and ranched. Gordy loved to farm and ranch. He took great pride in his cattle. Gordy loved to visit with people. He loved meeting new people and getting to know them. He was our ‘One of a Kind!! He will/is greatly missed by his family!! He is survived by his wife, Susan; daughters, Tara (Will) Wegh and their children, Asia, Isaiah, and Aria; Cristee (Brandon) and their children Max and Sophie; Brooke (Jeff) and their children Cooper, Ellie, and Emma; brothers, Jerry Wagner, Jim (Lisa) Wagner; sister Donna (Don) Veit; brother-in-law, Tom Tessier. He was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Irene Wagner; and step daughter Danielle Schneider.
