Antoinette “Toni” B LaFazia
Antoinette “Toni” LaFazia, 83, died Monday, April 10, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Frank P. LaFazia and a daughter of the late Anthony and Berthe (Bouvier) Morris. Toni was employed as a private duty Certified Nursing Assistant for over 30 years. She was a communicant of St. Rita Church in Warwick and a member of S.P.R.E.A.D. She was the loving mother of Lisa McCarthy, David McCarthy (Kristine), Mark Stevens, and the late Frank McCarthy III and the step mother of Frank LaFazia, Jr.; grandmother of Matthew Devine, Talia McCarthy, Alexis McCarthy, Mark Stevens, Jr., Ryan Stevens, Jessica Stevens, and Jayden LaFazia; great-grandmother of Axil Drake. She is predeceased by her sister Linda DeCrescenzo.
