Miss you

Hi Brandon. I still haven't found all the words to express, but I wanted to tell you that I miss you and think about you everyday. I never could have imagined living a life without my first partner in crime- growing up together, my childhood is filled with so many memories of our times together- getting in trouble together, laughing together, celebrating birthdays together, being "kai-dois" together- the list is endless. To think we won't have those "together" moments is something I haven't been able to accept. I wish I could have just one more late night conversation, hear your laugh, hear one of your jokes, or just see you. You brought us so much joy and laughter... you are missed so much. I love you cousin.

Missing you...

Hey, Brandon. We love you. I know you know that already, but it's just nice to say it, too. Visiting your resting place yesterday was hard. We all miss you so much!!! Harrison said it made him happy to know that your spirit is now free and floating around having fun, but sad because he misses you. He won a game at the fair this year and he chose the boba stuffy because it's super cute, but also because that's your nickname. He told me he sleeps with it on his bed because it reminds him of you. Hunter was happy to visit and to leave flowers for you. He was so proud of his flowers. Hahaha! We showed the boys the chapel where we celebrated your life and told them how it was filled with soooo manyyy peopllllle that love you. I told them that hundreds of people were there just for you! Uncle Brandon... you are one special guy! We're so proud of you, forever and always. We love you, B. Happy early birthday!

Cousins Forever

Cousin, there hasn’t been a day since you left that you have not crossed my mind. I don’t know if I will ever be able to accept that you are gone but what I do know is the memories we have together as being one of my favorite cousins will always be in my heart. I know you are in heaven racing cars, eating bomb food, drinking boba, “chillen”, cracking jokes and watching over all of your friends and family. I’ll always keep my promise to be there for your mom, Vi and of course your brothers & dad. Kai wears your hat all the time and it puts a smile on my face. He always wants to wear the shoes you bought him and we will keep them forever. Thank you for being YOU, being the best cousin and uncle to our baby. Brandon - We miss and love you so much. We enjoyed all the memories and times spent with you. Your sense of humor, Chinese jokes and great love for my girls will never be forgotten, Katherine who you named - "Curly Fries" for her curly hair and Kimberly who always called you "Patrick" from SpongeBob. You were always so happy enjoying life and loved that you always wanted to be around family. You will forever be in our hearts.💕

Our broken hearts are searching for solace in our memories of you. This doesn't feel real. The reality of going forward without our beloved cousin and uncle...hurts. so. much. But in the depths of our sadness, I find comfort in knowing how much you loved our family and our time spent together. The boys will have their pictures and memories of Uncle Brandon always taking the time to chat and play with them, taking them to the ice cream man, and teasing them to look back on fondly. Your little vampire, Harrison, and white Croc twinsie, Hunter, know that you are doing what you do best- watching out for them. We love you, Brandon.
