Merlin Boellner

Merlin J Boellner, age 88, of Stony Ridge, passed away July 22, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Merlin was born May 27, 1934 in Bowling Green to Vincent and Nellie (Bowles) Boellner.

He was a 1950 graduate of Central Catholic High School. Merlin owned and operated his own construction company. He was a devoted Notre Dame fan and was a member of the Maumee Elks who enjoyed playing Euchre and bowling. Merlin was always using his hands and had his own MacGyver way of fixing things.

Left to forever cherish his memory is his loving wife of 53 years, Barbara Boellner; children, Gina (Bruce) Ebright, Tony (Eileen) Boellner, John (Tammy) Boellner, Steven (Tracie) Boellner, Karol (Greg) Judkins, Kim Poling, Julie (Steve) Marsh; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and loving sister, Joan (Frank) Buda.

Merlin was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, John Barr; and beloved dog, Missy.
