The Definition of Resilience

My mother was easily the most resilient person I've ever known in my life. She tolerated so much in this world but somehow found a way to give so much back. In the face of my own personal struggles, I find myself asking God for my mother's equivalent strength. I may never get there but I will always be persistent just like she was.
