Peyton Lee Munch
“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched-they must be felt with the heart”.
Peyton Lee Munch, age 19, was a light in the lives of everyone who knew him. With a heart full of love and a spirit that was both cheerful and kind, Peyton brought joy wherever he went. Whether he was casting a line on the water, hunting in the woods, or teeing off on the golf course, he found happiness in the simple moments—and shared that happiness generously.
Peyton was deeply devoted to his family. As the youngest, he looked up to his older brothers and adored his nieces and nephew. Being an uncle brought him immeasurable pride and joy—he had a special way of making the little ones feel seen, safe, and so very loved.
With a bright future ahead of him, Peyton was attending college with the dream of becoming a pediatric nurse. His goal was to care for children with the same compassion and gentleness he showed every day of his life. He had a natural gift for comforting others and an incredible ability to make people feel at ease.
Though his time here was far too short, Peyton’s impact was lasting. He leaves behind a heartbroken but proud family—his parents, three older brothers, two nieces, one nephew, and many extended family and friends—who will forever cherish his laughter, his kindness, and the way he made the world a better place just by being in it.
Peyton’s memory lives on in every cast line, every quiet forest, every swing of a golf club—and in the hearts of all who love him. Especially his mom, who misses him beyond words.
