Dale Elwin Blatchford Sr.

Dale served in the armed forces. We honor that service here.
Dale was born on March 8, 1950 in Newcastle, NE. the son of Delwin and Gladys (Fluent) Blatchford. He graduated from high school in Obert, NE and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. After retirement from Interbake Foods, he worked at Turkey Creek Ranch with his good friend, John Wortmann.
Dale enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, hunting, fishing and gardening.
Survivors include his children, Dale (Gina)
Blatchford, Jr. of Newcastle, NE. Faith (Scott) Burns of Ponca, NE Tiffany Pettersen of Thurston, NE and Josh (Laura) Blatchford of Ponca, NE; 12 grand-children; siblings, Mary Heeren, Lillian (Art) Rickett and Gene (JoAnne) Blatchford: and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delwin and Gladys
Blatchford; and brother-in-law, Harold Heeren.
