Life story
Fred was an amazing man, filled with laughter, character, and most importantly integrity. He had grit, believed in both equal and human rights, and always stayed true to his heart! My dad had written in his own words that he felt his life was full of blessings, a beautiful wife and loving children. His life values were to give respect and dignity to others, charity, honesty, a good work ethic, and the love of God. He said as we surpass one step there is another, each step bringing us closer to God which is where I know he is now. Your legacy will live on through acts of love, kindness, patriotism, inclusion, fairness, and a giving spirit. You are cherished by so many!

Meeting Marshall
Today Maverick and me took Marshall for his first stroller ride. I asked Mav where we should go and he said "we haven't visited your dad in a while". And so here we are. Dad, meet Marshall. Watch over us, protect us, and guide us. We love you!!

Baby is sitting breech so we're doing everything we can to get him to flip before our next ultra sound on Monday. That includes taking a walk to see you. It was cool that while we're sitting here, this little lantern light came on and it's the only one around that is lit!! You must be listening so if you got any tricks, make this baby flip!! Also, Happy Valentines day Pops!! I love you so much!!
