Life story

Tiffany dedicated over 29 years of her life as a CNA at Lakeland Health Care Center, where she became a beacon of comfort and compassion for those in the Memory Care Unit. She didn’t just care for her patients, she formed deep connections with each of them, brightening their days with her infectious smile and gentle touch.

Tiffany's greatest gift of all was her radiant warmth and boundless kindness. She didn't just illuminate rooms; she illuminated lives, leaving a permanent mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her. In every smile shared, every meal cooked, and every gathering hosted, Tiffany's spirit shone brightly, reminding us all of the profound impact of love and generosity. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.

Happy Heavenly Birthday Birthday to our Beautiful Tiffany

Tiffany, to say it’s been a rough year without you doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface. You meant so much to so many people. That was demonstrated by the unprecedented turnout at your funeral services. The many many of us who knew and loved you are now trying to forge forward with our lives, but we are missing a huge piece of our hearts. That piece can never be filled. There will never be another like you, we know this, we have no choice but to accept this. Nobody can fill the empty space. Over the last year without you, I have spent a lot of time with your kids, your husband, your sweet dog Berkely. I have spent time at your house, no not house, your “home”. You loved that place so much, and YOU made it a “home”. Being there helps make me feel close to you. Your family misses you, Tiffany, and so do I. All we can do is cherish our memories, and honor the life you lived. Today as a collaborative effort, we are posting a snippet of photos that encompass your life. I was moved when your husband Chris asked if I could help go through pictures. Chris and I painstakingly went through hundreds, maybe thousands of pictures of your amazing life. It was an emotional journey. You were special. You were the best, Tiffany. Happy Heavenly Birthday my dear friend. Until we meet again. We are posting the pics in batches, due to file size limitations on this site. Batch 1-Happy Birthday Tiffany!

Will never forget you Tiff

I have been thinking about kangaroos a lot lately, our Christmas decorating on the unit with your crazy elf on the shelf. How we greeted each other with big smiles because we knew working together would be a great night. But what I think about most is how you got me out doing things I never had done before or gone to before. We had many talks about everything especially our spiritually and I remember one night when the world was going crazy not that it ain't now but things were a mess and Obama was running for president and I got scared and I asked you do you think he's an antichrist? The way you looked at me but then held it back and gave me reassurance that he wasn't because you could see I had some fear LOL. I remember working with you on Easter Sunday you would see me and yell out happy Resurrection Day Karen!! And I would yell it back to you and we would have a great shift. I remember somebody saying something to you about Jesus in a bad way and you said don't you talk bad about my Jesus, I know that's where you are today Tiff you earned it you deserved it. As much as I miss the heck out of you the memories make it better. I have never seen so much love for an individual that I have for you Tiff, you have blessed so many lives you will never be forgotten. I could go on and on and on but the one thing I relive the most is the night we watched Funniest Home Videos and it was all about kangaroos we laughed all night, and then at the time clock you leaned back like a kangaroo rearing on his tail and I fell to the floor and our nurse turned around and looked at us and said shut up we laughed all the way out the door to the parking lot, memories like that will never ever ever die Tiff they're very deep in our soul and in our heart. Till we see each other again look down upon us and watch over us. Love Karen

Forever Missed

My beautiful Tiffany - you were seriously the light of my life. I will forever miss laughing with you - we could talk about anything and there was never any judgement between us. I miss that so much. It seems impossible that you are no longer here, not a day goes by that I don't think about you and miss you. I will forever long for our friendship. I love you. You're my favorite, Tiff. Always.
