In loving memory of Jake
William Jacob Weber
Welcome to Jake’s bench! We have dedicated this bench to Jake Weber. Jake was the only son of Jamie and Bill Weber. Jake died by suicide at 19 years old. Jake was the youngest member of the Weber family and had six siblings (yes, 5 sisters Brittany, Sun, Maddie, Sarah and Rebecca and 1 brother Mike) Jake was hard working, smart, passionate and had big dreams! We wanted a spot to remember our son, brother, and friend. You can go to minding your mind, (linked in our bio under the donate tab) to learn more about Jake’s life and donate if you are able. Minding your minds primary goal is to provide mental health education to children (K-college). Their efforts help students (and the adults that help shape them) learn about their mental health! #988 is the national suicide hotline number. Remember you’re never alone, you’re here for a reason and your life matters! We have created a Facebook page to share pictures on the beach. Search “Jake Weber Memorial Bench” Please feel free to leave us a note or picture of you enjoying our bench! Sit and stay awhile. Thank you for stopping by! Love the Weber Family.
