Best friend🖤

I never knew the day I met Rene how much of an impact he would have on my life. To know him was to love him. His laugh, his smile, his energy, it was contagious. When we first met I never knew how many times he would pick me up off the floor and glue my broken heart back together. We laughed together and cried together. He was love, and kindness. He was happiness and helpfulness. His heart was so big. It was big to strangers, and friends, and especially family. He was proud. Proud of his nieces, his nephews, his friends, he loved them so much. He was excited to have a family and wanted to adopt a sweet baby someday. He was passionate about customers coming to the shop and leaving with a satisfied smile. He was silly, and he was funny. He always tried one of my fried pickles at Texas Roadhouse knowing before he ate it he was going to hate it, but he did it anyway. He was my Sunday night ice cream date, my movie marathon partner, and boy did we chase some sunsets on long drives together. He always surprised me with his knowledge of medical procedures due to his love of greys anatomy too. He was my karaoke partner in the car. My adventure buddy. He supported me and loved me. He was my person. My very best friend. The one I turned to when I thought my world was falling apart. God only knows how much I love that boy, and how I would do damn near anything to have him back. I am so thankful to have known rene and had the opportunity to spend so many of my favorite days with him and build the friendship that we did. I had a designated spot when we were with each other and it was tucked right under his arm. He really did take care of me. I will be indebted to him for the rest of my life for all that he has done for me. To Rene Alvarado Jr.- I hope the angels welcomed you into heaven with open arms my friend, and I hope it’s beautiful there. I hope heaven has tons of trucks without price tags, kids to love, and doggos too. I hope you save me a spot right next to yours so one day we can pick up where we left off. Until then take care of us down here, watch over us. Don’t forget about me down here. I love you forever Rene Alan❤️

The True Meaning of Friendship and Love.

I remember the day very vividly that MaKell got a phone call that her best friend was gone and it changed her life and the lives of so many. We planned a trip to Mount Rushmore and we had just pulled in when she got the phone call. I immediately knew something was wrong. My heart was broken for her when she fell to her knees and there was nothing I could do for her but hold her. Her best friend, her rock, her protector, her late night driving partner, her shoulder to cry on, and so much more was gone. MaKell and Rene had a special bond and the true meaning of friendship and love. I am thankful for their friendship and know they will have a joyful reunion one day. Thank you Rene for giving MaKell the true meaning of friendship and love. ❤️
