Forever Loved
Life story

Sandra was a beautiful, loving and kind hearted woman. She believed in prayer and prayed for her family daily. She was a hard working woman who rarely ever took time off. She was a navy wife of 20 plus years that raised 3 children and one grandson. She was married to her husband Kenneth for 57 years before she was called home to her eternity. She moved from place to place as the Navy transferred the family and she always made each place they lived a home. She loved her children, her grandchildren and her great grand children. She loved cooking Sunday dinners for all of her family and she enjoyed celebrating holidays with all of them as well. Christmas was her favorite holiday and for many years the neighbors would anxiously await all the Christmas lights and decor to go up inside the house and out. She loved seeing the smiles.

She didn’t get to return to her childhood town as often as she would have liked but she always remained connected with her family. You could usually catch her early mornings making or receiving a call to her sister Sharon. They talked almost everyday and sometimes it was about nothing but a chance to hear each others voice. Sandra was not one to go out and hang out, her joy was found within her home with her family. She had a few long time friends and they would all tell you just how amazing she was. Always willing to help and lend a hand in anyway she could.
