Derek Randy Archuleta, known for his vibrant personality and infectious laughter, was a beloved son, brother, and father. He was the light of his family’s life and a constant source of love and joy to everyone around him. Born to Eddie Archuleta and Raylynn Martinez, Derek was a cherished brother to Daren Archuleta and Dezerea Archuleta. However, his greatest joy in life was being a father to his only child, Nariah Archuleta, whom he adored beyond measure.
Derek’s friendly, caring, and outgoing nature made him unforgettable to all who knew him. His unique energy always stood out, and his love for his family, especially his daughter, was evident in everything he did. Derek passed away too soon, on December 16, 2012, at the tender age of 21. Even in his short time with us, his legacy of love and joy continues to inspire and comfort those who were blessed to know him.
Rest in peace, Derek. Your spirit lives on in the hearts of your family and all who loved you.
