Brian lived life to the absolute fullest. Brian was in a motorcycle accident on his 21st birthday, at no fault to his own.
Brian Michael - Scott Cook, 21, of Fort Wayne, passed away on his 21st birthday - July 1, 2024. He was born 21 years ago July 1, 2003, to Shaun Cook and Cassandra White.
Brian graduated from Wayne High School in 2022. He loved to wrestle in high school and was both sectional and regional champs. He also enjoyed playing football and baseball from a young age, all through his school years. When Brian wasn't at the gym, he enjoyed riding his motorcycles and always had a love for anything with wheels. He was also a sneakerhead, loved his video games and spent a lot of time outdoors and shooting guns. Brian was everyone’s go-to person and made sure everyone was having a good time all the time. Brian was extremely responsible and was highly dependable at life. He was truly loved by all of his coworkers at Prairie Farms, where he worked.
He is survived by his parents, Cassandra and Ryan White and Shaun and Jenah Cook; his grandparents, Debra Blair, Terri Dinius, Susan Cook, Michelle and Trevor Zell; his siblings, Sabrina, Amry, Alex, Alyssa, Jeremiah, Anthony, Keegan, Amarah, Tye, Max, Justin, Brandon; several loving aunts, uncles; and his many friends that loved him deeply.
Brian is preceded in death by his grandpas, Randy Scott Dinius and Mike Cook.
