Shelby's Mother ( Landen soon to have been Mither in Law )
Met Landen he was around 3 years old his Mom Megan worked for me I hired her to be photographer with me at picture me studios and from the time she brought landen in and met me m there was just something about him that was like no other he was happy boy and he spoke to me like he had none me since the day he was born no problem smiling for me and i always got a hug, Him and Megan moved in with us and the kids hit is of Landen did end up in the ER and got stitches from hitting his head but thats a story Frances has to tell its funny and we laughed about it after but Frances was like a big sister to him and thats how he treated her like a older sister she didn't let no one mess with him or Shelby growing up and going to school togather. But Shelby well that was different he loved her I fell from the start he was always with her holding her hand had to be where she was and if she was sick he was by her side, Shelby was the same way they watch movies togather played outside and ran around and always had there hands togather. Me and Megan would joke and say you know it would be funny if they grow up and get married one day! They was the cutest little duo and hugs was the best he called me Messa most times, he would just look over and say love you. I love taking his photos shelby had to be in most of them though, He was the only child that gave me the worst stomach bug ever when he got it from school and i know that baby felt bad because I know I did, He would always eat pickles with me him and Shelby did that too, we had picnics, outside and they loved it when i take them to McDonald's, and have lunch and play on playground or to the park if i asked he would say McDonald's. We went fishing and Jon would take them whenwe had to I had to work, he loved it when Jon let him drive around the yard on the lawn morrow all 3 kids at once was doing this on some olds lawn mowers with no blads and Jon back and forth with them showing them what to do, he say he was a race car driver Landen taught me a lot, being the first boy in the house I got the chance to help take care of and learn from I never got that chance with my oldest Son he passed at birth, I learned how to taken care of a young child with diabetes Megan was the best teacher and yes I was nervous and I double checked myself many time or called Megan made sure I did his pump right till I got comfortable but she never worried she said she new he was in good hands and I wasn't going to let anything happen to him, Landen loved food and he would sneak snack till I learned how he was doing it and where his hidding spot was, he new he couldn't have sweets but he was a kids and still wanted something sweet but even after i found his hiding spot he found another place to hide, So many memeories from time I met Landen I started calling him my Land Man, not once was he ever hateful to me and Never treated Shelby in anyways badly I don't thank he had a bad bone in his body. When landen and Megan moved away it was hard I was sad and Shelby cried wanted to know when Landen was coming back home and I prayed they would stay in tuch or atlest check in from time to time but life happens and we had each other on facebook but the kids did not and we never said anything to them they found each other on there own now i spoke often about Landen and we never forgotten them but shelby and Landen had grew up and changed, out of the blue she tells me who messaged her after he messaged Frances, he had found her, found each other on thier own after that its like nothing changed he was still apart of our family he was aways treated as one of my kids and he would ask Shelby to ask me to cook him Alfredo for dinner friday nights and then other request but no left over stay long cause Landen and Daniel would have late night snakes so they called it, id ask him did you check your sugar he come back with yep already done. Daniel because close to Landen and was like a big brother and a bestfriend he could talk to and hang out with, Landen come to me and ask to take Shelby on a date so we drop them off to have a date night togather and let them have some time togather. The first date was with Megan 4th of July he brought her flowers the smile on her face was priceless only Landen has ever put that smile on her face like that and as big of one, he went on any family outings we went on and family new who he was and that he was here to say in our family, never had once had to ask him for help he always help with bags or anything i was carrying, we would stay up late just us to talking he wanted to talk and I was good to lesson and give my opinion, or we just tell stories what he remember from being a kid living with us, and his futher plans what he wanted in life what he wanted to do and about one day him and Shelby having kids and make her his wife that he wanted her to be his forever. That last scare landen had where he ended up in the hospital and he just wanted shelby, she came and told me what happened and that he was in the hospital there was no hesitation I told her I was getting ready and we would go and well her dad said same because we all worrie about him, we care and know he need her by his side. He said he didn't know how much Jon ( Shelbys dad ) cared till he came up there and came into the hospital cause he new Jon doesn't go into the hospital for just anyone he hates hospitals, Jon and I told him we loved him to and he was family. The emotional for me was when we walked in and he looked up and sall Shelby he reached for her hand and thats all he wanted was her she had tears in her eyes and all i could say was lord please heal him. He had a huge heart and full of love and for my baby girl to have had that in her life she got to feel a ture love from Landen i couldn't have been blessed with a better Man to have been my Son in law ( Bounce Son ) they last weekend Landen had spent with us was the best one because we got one on one time that friday. I had asked him Do you want to go with me for the day while shelby was at school or do you just want to stay home and normally he say he will stay home with Lexie and wait on Shelby to get home but the this day was different, so we went to lunch had lunch with Adalyn and nana and the store and just did few running around not one complaint, he helped me with Adalyn and treated her like her Uncle that was her uncle Landen and she new that. He was going to purpose to Shelby and we talked about a lot of things, we had the best day and then Saturday me Jon and Shelby and Landen went to a Estate sale he wanted this old little kitchen Knife had a cover but didn't ask just look and put it down, shelby said somthing about him wanting it and I picked it up and said do want it Landen he said its ok did say yes or no but i newn he wanted it and I looked at him picked it up and put it with my other stuff he just smiled and he told Shelby " Im the favorite she loves me more" I heard every word and just smiled i siad I loved yall all the same she said see she doesn't have favorite and he said yeah will I am.... Want lie made my day, but Shelby said they did that often she would tell him she was Megan's Favorite and he would say he was mine lol. Knowing they both loved us that much ment the world to me. We never new that would be the last, I loved him like my own and id do anything for him as I would Shelby. He lost his life un fairly and so tragic, the call I had never wanted to get from any of the kids and it was like a knife and my heart shattered Shelby life along with Megan and his whole family, our world went upside down. The life we had just talked about was no more because of someone's irresponsible mistak, Landen was only 19 had a future and family and loved by so many. He will be forever my Bounce Son my ( Son in law ) and apart of our family. H will never be forgotten. We love you Landen Resy Easy bud, forever19
